I understand that participation in the "Ghost Rider" tour is not potentially hazardous. I may enter whether or not I am properly trained. I assume all risks associated with the event including, but not limited to opening the package when the T-shirt arrives. I know that I am not required to wear a helmet, but that a helmet will make an attractive accessory to my new "Ride to Read" T-shirt. All such risks being known and appreciated by me, having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, authorize the Newport Public Library to use the proceeds of the Ghost Ride to help provide great library service to the community of Newport PA and the surrounding area.
